Norfolk's Ghent Living - Sub-Urbia Real Estate

What a pleasant surprise it was when I teamed up with a group of experienced REALTORS and added Ghent as one of my Primary Market Areas.  Working with "Team Norfolk" , I can still concentrate my efforts on the Ocean View and Willoughby Areas of Norfolk, but now I am able expand my horizons.  By working in a team environment I am able to get more accomplished and assist my customers with additional real estate and Norfolk neighborhood knowledge.

Ghent is filled with Art and Culture, Fantastic Restaurants, Historical Homes, Churches, Synagogues, and other traditional and non-traditional edifices.  In addition Ghent has a close proximately to Chrysler Museum, Harrison Opera House, Eastern Virginia Medical School and ODU

Ghent has a nice blend of urban suburbia with trendy restaurants and shops within walking district of established neighborhoods.  It's deep in history but vibrant with progressive living styles.  Ghent offers the best of both worlds. Ghent is forward and trendy but blended with history.  It's old Norfolk with a modern touch.  I could easily compare it to Georgetown or pedestrian friendly Boulder, Colorado.  But Ghent has its very own personality.

Ghent is old established homes but within the framework of history and mobility.  This is Norfolk's version of Sub-Urbia. It's the Art in heart of Norfolk. A Blend of traditional and non-traditional, vibrant, striving but it’s a place where you can be laid back, trendy and true to yourself while enjoying city comforts, nestled in this quite Norfolk Suburb.  Please contact Bill Gordon at www.homesalesandlistings.com for information concerning homes, condos and co-ops for sale in the beautiful community of Ghent.
